Celcom broadband tak boleh connect lagi ~ buat macam ni
Ni note aku untuk rujukan aku pada masa hadapan. Penin betol hari ni sebab dari jam 8:45 am sampai la jam 4:59 pm aku tak boleh guna celcom broadband aku.
Mula-mula tu aku call 1111 celcom customer careline. tapi jawapan dia macam biasa lah.
“Cik dah unplug dan plug in balik ke modem tu?”
“Cik dah restart laptop or computer cik?”
“Cik dah uninstall dan reinstall modem tu?”
Grrr. Aku pun letak telefon.
2 jam pastu aku call lagi kali kedua.
Aku pun cakap kat dia error message yang keluar. Si staff yang jawab call tu cakap celcom broadband ada network failure jadi aku kena ubah setting network connection. Aku pun ubah la dari A1 ke celcom3g (setting yg connection baru). Pastu tak jadi jugak. Disebabkan aku rasa problem ni bukan dipihak aku sebab di cakap ada network failure, aku suruh la dorang report kepada bahagian teknikal. Dia suruh aku continuously connect kalau tak dapat jugak call balik.
Aku pun duduk rilek-rilek dengan anak-anak sedara aku yang comel-comel, layan dorang dan pastu keluar gi shopping di KB Mall. Ketika duk KB Mall tu ada orang call aku dia cakap dia hantar email minta satu quotation. Aku cakap kat dia yang aku akan reply dalam 24 jam.
Balik rumah terus je aku cuba connect tenet ni. Grrr. Tak dapat lagi beb. Nak call customer careline celcom, aku dah malas dah..tapi aku call jugak. Kalau tak call dorang, kat sapa lagi aku nak call?
Kali ni staff pompuan yang jawab. Dia tanya aku error number, pastu terus ke teknikal untuk bertanya. Dia pun bagitau aku, kemungkinan masalahnya di laptop aku sendiri. Yang betol aku heran kenapa staff 2 orang yang sebelum tu tak cakap pun kemungkinan kerosakan pada sistem laptop aku pastu siap ngaku network failure di pihak dia?
Oleh kerana staff yang ketiga tu cakap kemungkinan besar kerosakan pada laptop aku, aku pun mula-mula skali SCAN LAPTOP NI DGN ANTIVIRUS KASPERSKY. Masih tak jadi.
Pastu, BLING!!! Restore saja laptop ni kepada tarikh sebelum ia beronar. Jadi lepas ni untuk error 720, aku akan buat macam ni lagi.
Start menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
Lepas 3 kali restore, aku pun dah boleh connect balik dgn tenet.
PS: Sepatutnya customer careline masukkan restoration dalam senarai jawapan yang dia nak beri pada pelanggan dorang.

Firstly, we wish to express our regrets on the service experienced by you.
In response to your concern on the Broadband service, a test was conducted by our Network Team and it was found that the situation occurred because the device is not permanently lock to 3G network.
On that note, please set the network manually to ‘3G Only’ and refresh your internet connection in order to stabilize the said connection.
One of our Careline officials had contacted you on 16 November 2009 and briefed further on the above.
We note the inconvenience caused with utmost concern and appeal for your kind understanding in this circumstance.

Referred my previous complaint about my internet connection and until now I don’t received any solution to solve my problem.For your information,when I’m just surfing the web pages,a connection is perfect in 3G @ HSDPA mode BUT WHEN STARTED DOWNLOADING A LARGE FILE,IT BECOME TO EDGE MODE.IT MAKE A REAL NIGHTMARE FOR ME BECAUSE A FILE I ALREADY DOWNLOADING TAKES A LONGEST FOR COMPLETES.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP.DON’T MAKE YOUR COSTUMER DISAPPOINTING.

Hi;
I’m have a big problem here and need solution ASAP,as I mention above,this problem give me a big trouble and make me disappointing when I download a large file.
Before this all smooth until yesterday when I’m downloads some large file,a connection change from HSDPA to EDGE without inform me first,a the same time make a file I’m downloading be a longest time for complete,example if using HSDPA it just 15 minutes for file size 90mb,when used EDGE it turn to 4 hours for same size!After downloading complete,it change back to HSDPA connection as before.For your information,a weather is perfect and no a bit could at sky for entire day.
Hopefully your can solve my problem ASAP and all cooperation I’m deeplly appreciate.
